Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a booking, clients must contact us 48 hours prior to the date of the appointment. Failure to cancel within the 48 hour window will result in loss of deposit. If a Client wishes to reschedule the booking for an alternative date this must be done so within 48 hours of the appointment date. The deposit will continued to be held for the updated booking date.
